Wont cast web based anything to TV

Completely disappointed. Needed to cast movies and shows from browser to TV. Samsung says to use Allshare app. No, this app only sends your pics and videos you created over to TV.
Too limited to use.
Started to send Netflix movie but that failed, TV launches its own netflix and seems to get bunged up from that.
